Critter Control responded immediately to our call. After a not so successful DYI effort, I called the professionals.
The technician did a thorough inspection of the home and identified entry points I had never considered.
I elected to and recommend a full encapsulation of the home and their trapping techniques. We saw immediate results in the first two days. Critter Control continues to monitor for activity and will do so until we are certain the pest are gone.

I had Armadillo problem tearing up my yard. Nick Barber came out same day I called. Three traps set up, and on second day it was trapped. Nick kept traps up for 10 days, and when there was no further activity traps removed. I would use this company again!!!

BATS IN THE ATTIC: They took care of securing my attic while the bats there matured as they could not be removed before Aug 1, by law. When Aug came Nick made an escape valve for them to leave and not come back. Today he sealed up the final entry hole into the attic and cleaned up what the bats had left behind. It was a nice way to take care of a species that does lots of good for us - just not in my attic. Hopefully they have moved into one of the many bat houses on the island.

I ended up not using them because of the cost. I called about a raccoon with distemper and they said 189$ to come out and more if they have to trap it. I ended up doing it myself with a trash can but animal control is free so I'm not sure why these guys think anyone would pay those prices over calling animal control for free. But I also am not bad mouthing them because the lady was nice on the phone and they may run a great business I just can't understand the cost when another company does the same thing for free. Also I know animal control is government funded so I understand the need for cost

Critter Control is amazing! They work on several of our properties and are always prompt, courteous and think 'around the corner'/proactively when they work with us. It has been several months since we paid them to do repairs and catch rats in our home. We were originally told that we had to do ALL of the repairs for him to guarantee he could catch the rats. These repairs cost us approximately $900. Since we paid to do the last of the work he has not been back to our home to do anything. He did not go in our attic or thoroughly inspect anything. He handed me rat traps to load myself in my house and has not caught a single rat. I’m not sure what to do from here. I am working with someone else now. This is really unfortunate. We are a young hard working family
