The Company was founded by Tom Connolly in the summer of 1994, after moving to the Summit County area in the Fall of 1990. Tom has served the Town of Frisco as both a Town Council Member and Planning Commission Member throughout the years, and Summit County as a Ten Mile Planning Commissioner. Born in New York City, and raised in Mannheim, Germany from 1960-1972.
Upon graduation from Mannheim American High School, he attended Oklahoma State University and graduated in 1976. He has worked for architectural firms while living in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Madison, Wisconsin and Breckenridge, Colorado, before finding his way Frisco, and with an office in Manitou Springs.
Tom is licensed in Colorado, and also holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate. When not working, Tom does a lot of hot air ballooning throughout the region attending numerous events as Crew or Crew Chief. Tom is also the Association Manager for the Summit County USBC Bowling Association since 2000.
