Robert came and gave me a quote. I choose him but he never answered my call. A lady finally called me back after 2 weeks only to tell me he declined this painting job! I ask why and wasn't given a reason! He also said he does tile work in the bathrooms and would email pictures of his work which never came after I requested them 3 times! His non responsiveness ensured I'll never call him or recommend him for anything ever! No sense in acting like this! Totally unprofessional !!!

He came out on a thursday and gave me a quote on a roof repair and said he would return the following Monday to do the job. 2 weeks went by and we heard nothing, so I called and he barely remembered coming here but then said he would be out in the next few days to do the job. 2 weeks later I called again to see why he hadn't returned, only got the voice-mail with no return phone call. When you give a quote, set up a date for the repair and don't show up or return phone calls, I wouldn't use this company for anything.

I had First Maintenance do a lot of work for me: new roof, new siding on shed, new windows and other small jobs pertaining to the hail storm on May 31st. Robert went above and beyond helping me navigate the "waters with the insurance adjustor" and did more than he actually had to do. He was very kind and efficient. His assistant, Phyllis, is extremely knowledgable on exterior design and with painting. His wife was very patient with me explaining the contract, etc. I can say this is truly a caring and efficient company and the pricing was way below other estimates that I received. But pricing was

Bob Arias is great and honest and works hard. He put a new roof on my mothers house and it looks great. He came the next day after the hurricane because her tree crashed into her house and the roof was destroyed. He did the roof in one day and cleaned up everything. Thank you BOB for the wonderful job.
