Traded in my Lincoln Navigator for a Kia Telluride and I must say it's much nicer and reliable with the hidden gem of the best warranty on the market also really comfortable my back will thank me. My husband and I shared a vehicle for the past several years. When I started working again it quickly became apparent we would need a second vehicle. I did a lot of research and landed on a 2022 Kia K5. Krystal from Crain Kia got me rolling in less than 24 hours in my gorgeous sparkly white GT-Line. She bent over backwards to get us approved. The next day she went even further and let us know we could get into a brand new Sportage for my husband for only $50 more a month, including GAP and we got help with the taxes, also. I traded in my Yukon Denali for a Prestigious Kia Telluride and it’s been the best decision ever. The warranty is amazing and they cost half price. The whole staff was nice and welcoming. Ricky Tom and Chris gave me the best deal and I’m recommending everyone from now on. They also have a nice new dealership opening. I was willing to travel 3 hours to fort smith because fort smith had the car I was exactly looking for. I got with a sales person and talked all day and got down to price, payment etc that we agreed on. I let them run my application because we agreed on a price before hand. I literally said deal and was about to put a deposit down for them to hold it for me, snd she messages back that she can no longer do the deal because the price has to be higher.... Not happy at all.

I drove over 7 hours round trip to purchase a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum from Crain Kia in Ft. Smith on January 16th. I loved my salesperson, the rest of the management staff leaves much to be desired. I am registering my car in Florida at my full time residence. I'm living in Arkansas while my storm-damaged home is rebuilt in Central Florida. I spent 32 years in the car business and finance and sales Management before I retired in 2018. I do out of state deals all the time in Florida, they aren't that hard. Crain Kia uses a company called RegUSA to handle the out of state deals. Everything

Took car in for oil change waited for 3 hours for a phone call for us to come pick it back up never got one decided to go and see what was going on car was parked in front of service dept with a dent and scratch's down the side of it went in to get keys asked them about it they went out there said it was like that when we dropped it off I knew it didn't have any before then asked for paperwork showing services done like they have always gave us before they said it would be mailed to us and they hurried back inside we left feeling rushed out of there and our questions not answered if not

Went used car shopping looking at the Kia Soul. The salesman, Tyler S. was friendly. I told him up front I wanted to pay cash for a car & what price range I wouldn't go over. After test driving I asked him if I decided on the Soul, would he be willing to work a deal on the price, and he was very positive & said yes. I called him a few days later wanting to see what kind of deal he would do. It took over 2 hours for him to call back. I made a low offer expecting him to counter offer, but he asked if I would consider financing after I had already told him again I was paying for it. After
