Unless provided with further info from this company as to why they REFUSED to even offer a bid, this is the best rating they'll get. They were minutes away and yet seemed to get upset when the person living there wanted to make sure their dog was put up before entering the gate. This was for their safety. I wasn't even provided an explanation and was told we'd be better off having another company come out. We'd already had 2 bids that went perfect.

I recently moved to San Antonio from out of state. Little did I know I moved next door to the house from hell. Contacted 3 Monkeys to trim back the neighbors trees that were hanging over my property. FYI, the house is vacant, they live in Michigan. 3 Monkeys brought a crew, trimmed back the trees, cleaned up the mess and even blew the leaves in my yard. They were quickly and professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

Absolutely first class service. The entire crew showed up on time and ready to work. Sergio, their leader, explained each step of their work before they began. Each action was done safely, carefully, and exactly as described. They moved yard furniture out of the way of their work and put each piece back where it belonged. They cleaned up all of their debris and left our yard looking good.
We are totally pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Before choosing this company I shopped around and found that many other people were elusive and unresponsive, just plain not following up, calling back or not showing up. Sergio and this company were anything but! He was helpful, responsive, transparent and he saw the job through answering any follow up questions I had along the way and just overall took care of everything. His team of people worked quickly and were very professional, even moving things in our yard out of the way that we hadn’t thought to do (we felt very bad about this) but they did not throw anything around and cleaned up all

I contacted the company by email through their website for a quote on removing a small tree by the house and clearing the brush. Sergio contacted me the next day and we were able to set up a time for him to come by and give me a quote the next day. He was very upfront with my options based on budget and set up a time that same day to come and take care of the tree, gave me instructions on how to treat the stump, and cleared out the brush. The team was fast, professional, and left not mess behind. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Sergio and his crew did an amazing job! My wife and I could not be happier with his work. Our trees look like a work of art. They work very quickly and efficiently. Once they were done with the work they cleaned up their work area very thoroughly. I've been getting my trees trimmed for over 10 years, and no one has come close to the work 3 Monkeys did for us. Sergio was very responsive and came out quickly to assess the situation. We had massive trees damaging irrigation pipes with the potential for more damage to pool pipes. His tree removal price was reasonable, his men worked hard, cleaned up well, and did a very good job. Thank you, Sergio. We highly recommend 3 Monkeys Tree Service!
