24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week. Please list your first two date choices, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm which date is available. These stains are difficult to remove. First, we need to locate the stain/source. Once that is determined, we will evaluate to see if the urine has penetrated down to the backing of the carpet, to the padding, and possibly to the subfloor or concrete.

The name for this situation is filtration lines and is normally caused by dust traveling thoughout your home. When your furnace turns on, air is sucked underneath the walls and under doors. The carpet then acts as a filter leaving dirt particles around the edges causing black lines. We have a special procedure to remove these black lines to reduce this problem.

I was left feeling uncertain if my ducts had been properly cleaned after observing noticeable debris when I removed the register covers. My curtains were ruined and the company failed to respond to my email when pictures of the damaged curtains and mess from the equipment were shared. Overall, this company is terribly unprofessional. The first person I spoke to on the phone after describing my service alluded that the employee's performance was a problem, but then I was assured there were never issues by the manager. I recently used Sams carpet cleaning after trying another company. Sams did a way better job! I’ve used them in the past but thought I would try using someone else and that was a mistake. I will be sticking with Sams from now on.
The technician Edward was fantastic! Very professional and really did a great job and went above and beyond. He moved furniture that I didn’t think they were going to like the heavy treadmill and put everything on styrofoam blocks. I was really impressed with the job they did and wanted the owners to know that Edward made the company shine!
