Started on time, finished before they said I should expect them to be done, did a very good job, cleaned up the work area, and hauled everything off.
Who could complain? There were a couple of minor hiccups, but that probably goes with the territory with so many different individuals and variables involved. And some decisions are made on the fly. And I needed to be at work and not at home, so all in all they did a very good job of keeping in touch and keeping things running smoothly.

JOAE did a fantastic job rebuilding our home from damage of a car crashing through the left first floor. During the 6 month rebuild, we took advantage remodeling additional rooms that were in dyer need of attention. Josh assisted us with the best companies and scheduling the work. We have had an excellent experience with JOAE Construction so far. We have completed the design phase and we are excited to be moving forward with construction. They are thorough and responsive. I was glad that I found JOAE Properties after spending a lot of time researching and reading reviews on various roofing companies. I called a few, some didn't respond and some didn't take me seriously as a customer until I found JOAE Properties. When I met Joshua and he was very confident and knew what he was talking about. He charged me a very reasonable price and provided very good quality of work. I realized my roof was doubled layer and thus took extra time to remove before installing the new shingles, however it was still done in time. It was completed within a week including purchasing of
