Was gonna purchase cabinets until the woman who answered the phone decided to be ignorant the second she answered. Contractor in the area and definitely won’t be using them for business.

Was not that impressed. The big space this place has a Huge basement and then the floor you enter on. The basement was probably the size of a football field, with 3 pieces of furniture but mostly non essential room finishing material( some wall paper tiny little shelf's etc. Im giving 3 Stars for personally not doing my homework on them, before going there. If I had done my homework, I would HAVE NEVER WENT IN There.

I purchased my kitchen cabinets and countertops at Tommy D's based on advice from my contractor back in June (my contractor has done business here for years). Even though some of the post Covid distribution was delayed, the staff and owners worked with me in delivering a beautiful product!.
Shamika, Edgar, Greg, and Alex were courteous and helpful in every way! (sorry if I left someone out) I would highly recommend Tommy D's for your next project; they have a wide selection of cabinet and countertop styles, colors and packages to chose from.

Customer Service is the poorest service I have ever experienced from moment I walked in the door to purchase, there was no greeting, no assistance with selecting merchandise, and no friendly gestures at all!!!! After purchasing a full kitchen I waited 2 weeks beyond what I was told, and then when I finally did receive my delivery the delivery guy even complainted of no help!!!!! When I contacted my contractor to begin my kitchen the counter top I ordered was completely cut wrong and shortened, missing an entire section. I attempt to contact customer service to make them aware of their mistake and

The place has some good deals on products, but the layout could be cleaner and more organized. They had 2 people giving home renders and they were very busy. This company will charge a modest fee to assemble the cabinets for you, saving you valuable time.

First time and last. I bought set of kitchen cabinets and after having them installed, I put on a bright light and realized what I thought was decorative was literally what looks like sharpie. The cabinets are a complete mess. I'm mortified and embarrassed that I was conned. Attached is the proof. Steer clear.

Its a good place to look for close-out at good prices. What ever you buy make sure you get what you need plus a little extra to finish your job. If your miss calculated there is no garantee that you will find extra pieces when you go back if you are short of pieces/part to complete your job. Mostly they can't reorder for stock or you.

Guys that work there are great, great prices for everything you need for your kitchen. The girls at the desk have no business working in customer service! They are RUDE and plain nasty. Do not know how to speak to customers and that's when they decide to actually answer the phone! If it weren't for those 2 in the front desk I would give 5 stars but the disrespect was too much. Already spoke to you about it Greg you were there all you did was laugh so no thank you. Apparently one of them is the owners daughter so she doesn't seem to give a dam about the family business and neither do you.
