I personally give them a 10 stars they're great people Alex called me when he heard I'm disabled and told me he Will call me I a day or so he Will find me a affordable and reliable car he had me in a car in 2days he really looked out for me I just want to say thank you for what you did for me the car runs great and I have no More worries of being broke down on the side of road thanks to first trading company they went out of their way to help me get back into a reliable car

My boyfriend put money down on car with a number of problems that he wasn’t told about before hand. The salesman literally told him nothing was wrong with it. Not even a week of having the car it started stalling and I almost crashed on the highway with my daughter in the car. We kept giving them the car back to fix it but they literally did nothing to it. It’s still in the same condition they gave it to us in. The check engine light has never went off even though they “fixed” the problem. We took the car to Autozone to figure out the exact problems by getting service codes. My boyfriend

At first seems nice, but saw they their true colors... If you want lies, get hopes up and taken away.. Then this is your place and come here... How is it that, i just made it to my second payment and the car broke down on me.. And given the situation i was in, these people just wanted to keep milking me👎🏻

UPDATE 8/2018 -- Still runs great, very few problems!
Bought a Jetta here a few months ago, great price, car runs great price was about $1500 under blue book, the 2 guys I delt with were very nice, no pressure and very professional. I waited a while to submit my review to see how the car did, about 2,000 miles later it runs better and is even more reliable then I first thought. Will definitely return when it's time, Im so thankful I stopped by there, thank you First Trading for the great deal and service!
