Mr. Hussein and his team power washed and painted our fence. He was very prompt in providing a quote and his prices were very reasonable.
I really liked the fact that he did not bring his own paint and let me choose the brand that because often the brand used by painters is not available in stores and does not have reviews. He did recommend Behr premium plus which is highly rated by consumer reports.
He gave 2 year warranty on paint. Right after he finished painting, it started raining and the next day I noticed that the paint had worn off on some parts of the fence. As a professional he should

This company is overpriced, I overpaid, and not very transparent. They charged an exorbitant markup for sample paint, to use exteriorly, after I offered to purchase paint myself. I had to renegotiate that line item and another. The quality of the work is mixed. Some of it is acceptable, and some is a little sloppy. I suspect that I will have to repaint soon. The window where the siding was replaced is leaking even worse now. Also, now I know why the owner did not want to accept credit card payments, and wanted a check instead. Ultima Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our backdoor! They were able to replace the wood frame near the bottom of the door that has water damage. Their team was also able to match the exterior paint color perfectly and painted to the door and frame.

We hire Ultima Pressure Wash Painting & Home Services for our internal wall painting, garage wall and floor painting, front door and garage door cleaning and painting, power wash for outside wall and concrete ground plus drive way, also minor roof repair.

Husein was one of the first companies to respond to my request. I needed pressure washing on my brick home, we went over some rough estimates, and he offered to come by the home for a free exact estimate the next morning. Although already having a busy appointment schedule, Husein and his team made time to get me a spot that day! The Ultima team arrived promptly and professionally. After a quick estimate of the job, I decided to hire them. The team started 10 minutes later. I was very impressed with the accommodation at such short notice.
