As Tournament Referee for the recently-completed US Men's Clay Court Championships at the West Side Tennis Club in Houston, I wanted to commend you for your company's part in the building of the Har-Tru courts on which the event was played. As you may know, the condition of these courts has been an issue in the past.

My only experience with this company occurred on June 11, 2018, when an unlicensed, uninsured employee backed into my vehicle as I drove behind a line of parked vehicles in a convenience store parking lot. Now nearly a year later, after several conversations, I have not received any compensation for the damages, rental car fees, or the inconvenience. I have a police report which reflects that the Australian Courtworks employee was at fault.
I do not play tennis nor have a need for their product so I cannot speak to that aspect of their business. But I can speak to their unethical treatment of
