I hired them in June 2018 to help me move. I itemized every piece of furniture I had and even over estimated with things I decided not to move with. When they arrived they claimed that I need twice the size as what they quoted me for at over twice the price. Also they told me they would call 48 hours before they arrive for the move. They never called they just showed up and I was not fully prepared so they wanted to charge me to help me pack. I spoke with their person in charge and they would not budge on the prices. Which was now way more than I was quoted. I ended up telling them to leave

The worst! If I could give them minus stars I would. Moved from Ny to Las Vegas. Hooked me up with a horrible moving company, Moving Express and Stirage from Passai, NJ. First of all I was charged more than double what I was quoted. I still have NoT received my furniture for the past seven weeks. The made excuses and have constantly lied to me. When we called ProMaster about this company, they said the weren't responsible! Well, who is then?i highly recommend that you don't use either of these companies.

They act super nice and friendly when they are setting up your appointment but disappear as soon as you need them.
The moving company they hired, since they are just brokers, overcharged me, ruined numerous items, and were immensely unpleasant. The Operations Manager from ProMasters said that they would follow up but never did. They will absolutely screen your calls as soon as you give them your money.
Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else than dealing with ProMaster Movers.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. 3-5 day move turned in to
a 21 day move. They contract your move to other moving companies, this makes its hard to contact the person who has your belongings. They splint up my belongings and charged me for the "extra" truck! I have several broken and missing items, and no one will pick up the phone to address the issues I have had. I missed work waiting for a truck that did not show... the story never ends... still fighting this. Breach of contract, I never agreed to pay additional funds, and broken/missing belongings.... from what I have

Company took my deposit and did not provide service. Promaster Movers contacted me on 9/20/18 for a long distance move from Florida to California. I spoke with service rep Vanessa Bailey and she took my inventory. She told me I would be able to schedule my move quickly because of the time frame I needed to move. I was told I would be paying for a full service pack and she assured me that the movers would handle everything when they showed up. I even went the extra mile and packed a few things in boxes myself. I paid a deposit of $1475 for the movers to come on Saturday 9/29/18 and again she assured

Thank you Promaster!! I had a last minute move for a job relocation from NY to TX. I put my information online and was OVERWHELMED with so many calls and pushy salesmen. Vanessa really helped me understand what the moving process would really look like and worked with my HR department to set up the move. It wasn't much more expensive and I only had a few days to get ready for my move so I got the Full Packing option. The movers actually came in and boxed everything up for me. The worst broker ever you see in the world!
Shawn Freeman is the rep talked to me and I found him honest person but I was wrong. The cheated me and got the contract got $1200 and left the contract to another crab moving company in NJ called moving express, they charged me $7000 but the quote was $3200. It took 1/5 month the driver showed himself at my address and asked for extra $450 for uhall truck. I found him dishonest as he was tiny guy and wanted to bring my furniture that 3 powerful guys need to move it. He got excused as he cannot find a parking spot in street and easily left my address

Shawn Freeman was the sales rep that contacted me. He seemed nice and reasonable. He then proceeded to contract out the move to MoveonMoving, a company based in Las Vegas. My stuff was picked up in CA on June 26th, to be moved to AR. No sign of movers. No return phone calls. Today is day 20 on an air mattress.

They wouldn't give me an exact day and time for pick-up. And on two occasions, tried to just spontaneously show up. They didn't carefully wrap up my belongings -- literally tossed my bike into the back of a truck. And finally, they haven't delivered my things to me. It has been almost a month. I've contacted them about a dozen times and no one has picked up, called back, said a peep.

A week after not even completing my move, admitting to "screwing up the paperwork" dealing with my move (the one job I hired them for) and the assigned carrier calling me on 4/30 to reschedule a move supposed to be executed on 4/29...Shawn Freeman has called me twice to ensure me he was working with "his team" to fulfill my request for a refund. What is the hold up? AGAIN, HE ADMITTED TO ME TO "SCREWING UP THE PAPERWORK and bottom line, now I have inquire transportation and additional storage fees as a result of not paying and scheduling with this company two weeks before

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. THIS IS NOT A MOVING SERVICE THEY ARE BROKERS. ProMaster Movers are middle men that connect you with you the absolute cheapest, and coincidentally shadiest, moving company they can find and they won't tell you that until after your stuff has been picked up.
I used them because they were a cheap alternative and I felt very at ease with my contact there, Jenna. I will say, Jenna always made herself available and always answered my calls. The problem came with the company they ended up using to move my furniture across the country to Los Angeles

Update! My cousin moved from MD to FL using Pro Masters recently per my initial suggestion (no pressure) and everything was seamless. The pick ups and drop off was within the time frame given. The movers were very kind and helped her even place furniture in the requested rooms. At they were really affordable saving her a few hundred dollars company to other quotes.
I typically move myself but will be utilizing their services the next time I find a new nest.

Happy with service from start to finish. Jenna O'Brien was the reason I chose this company after speaking to several brokers. She was honest, explained how everything worked and answered all my questions, emails and calls. She took the move personally and helped from start to finish. Movers arrived on time and delivered cross country on time. My 22 boxes,11 plastic bins and 9 other items arrived in one piece and no boxes had been opened. I was thrilled. I wanted to reassure people who don't have the funds to pay for white glove treatment that this worked for me and I highly recommend

I recently moved from Miami to New York. Having done this move once before on my own (NY to Miami) I wanted to enlist some help. I called a few moving companies and ProMaster Movers outbid the others. After negotiating my contract, everything went extremely smooth. My sales rep was amazing and answered all of my questions. I would recommend ProMaster Movers to anyone looking for a stress-free and easy move.

I recently moved to Pennsylvania from Miami ... I had a 2 bed 2 bath. with tons of furniture more than I knew what do to with or how to even move it all... this company made everything so easy and stress free...great prices...honest...I would defiantly use and recommended PROMASTER MOVERS ...thanks again for the pleasant experience :)
