Carpets plus in Thayne has lousy customer service. After laying flooring in my bathroom, I discovered that my toilet was leaking. The plumber stated that the product that was installed was inappropriate for bathrooms and he did not think he could fix it because the installer screwed up when he replaced the toilet. The plumber talked to the company manager and explained the problem. I called twice more about the problem and visited the store but was told only the owner handled claims and he would call me. He supposedly is never there. It is months down the road and he has not even had the courtesy

We were referred by several friends to Carpet Plus. From the very start of our build to completion I could not be more satisfied with every aspect of our experience here. The entire staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were inquiring about. I actually found a carpet sample from another store but opted to use a local company. Eric researched and researched and was not only able to find and order the carpet I wanted but found it at a cheaper price as well. We also got our tile here for a great deal and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Hands down the best experience

Carpets Plus was by far the best experience we have had purchasing flooring. The sales staff was extremely knowledgable about products. They were able to find us the perfect flooring for our home. We love our new hardwood floors, and the carpet is amazingly soft.
We were also extremely impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. They showed up on time, got the job done quickly and were very friendly.
