Always great customer service. The technicians are always professional and courteous when they arrive. If you're home, they always inquire if you have any particular concerns and are sure to address those items. We have no issues with bugs, scorpions or other pest thanks to Green Mango. I have given this company EVERY opportunity to make things right. From Day #1 all I've wanted is for them to fix my Scorpion issue. Months later... they've completely failed to do so. I literally just killed one this am. Two weeks ago I called them as I pulled a scorpion out of my dogs water bowl and killed it. They've put white powder all over the entrances to my house (doors, garages) and it looks like Tony Montoya lives in my home. It's done nothing. These guys are horrible. Really happy with today's tech . He removed webs sprayed for our black widows everywhere I asked him , and was careful to let me close up the dogs first . I appreciate that this company does what they say , and have gotten rid of my scorpions the first year they came out . Thanks green mango , I recommend you all the time .

I started using green mango because of Johnny and Rich but end up in a big disappointment.
The communication between the representatives are just horrible. They have so many different phone number and been contacting with me with all these phone number and can't not update my account right away when I make a request. For example, I requested a time in the afternoon and they gave me something in the morning or I request a time on Friday and they gave me a Thursday or Wednesday. I have to contact all these different phone numbers to finally get the time I want. So very frustrated with that

Our technician today, Steven, has done a more thorough service than anyone previously, since our initial service 2+ years. We would appreciate having him be our permanent tech. Kim was very good at explaining a few things I still didn't understand. Pretty impressive. So very glad I asked the question; learned new cool stuff today.
These guys know what they are doing, seem to enjoy their jobs and do it well. They are always ready to answer question and explain the working of nasty bug life I don't care to have on my property.

I've been using this service for 3 months so far and am very happy. Non-toxic and NO living scorpions! My new house hadn't been being treated before we moved in and Green Mango's approach literally drew the hiding bugs out of the woodwork. Now we're virtually bug free and I don't have to carry a black light to the bathroom at night.

Since being trapped into the contract after the "free" initial service, we've had an ongoing terrible time with this company. They pride themselves on "satisfaction guaranteed" and customer service, but that was not our experience at all. After months of dealing with them, we still have bugs inside and outside. The treatments have never made a difference on activity and they always have a bunch of excuses as to why it's not working. I don't recommend working with this company. Trash!!! You would think that a company that prides itself on customer service would have taken my last review seriously.... Nope! They clearly doing care. Bugs are worse than before. Zero customer service. No regard for the people who are keeping them in business. I have asked to cancel my service agreement before since their service clearly doesn't work. They proceeded to remind me o signed a contract. I reminded them that the contract has two sides. They provide a service and I provide payment. So if they are bot providing said service why Jojo's I be responsible for providing payment

Something happen after I hired this company but the Roach problem got out of control! Never even saw a roach before until they came and it never needed.
After several visits and calls because I was stuck in a plan they finely let me end my contract! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOOK MONTHS AND STUPID CALLS AFTER ACT LIKE I STILL HAD SERVICE.
Great young men who went to my home but when I call to end my control let it END do not drag a unhappy customer for monthssssssssssss.....

Just started them and love their service. Hector was genuine and thorough and patient and did treat every corner and edge of our house. Have had few different companies before but no one comes close..
He also found tow Wasp nests (knew we had a problem as they were always around our pool) and took them out. Highly impressed and recommend.

We have been loyal customers for quarterly service for over two years for bug treatment, like the roach, ant and scorpion kind. This year we have had the pleasure of having an assigned technician (yup, same one) come to our door, and I couldn't be happier. It is so helpful to have someone familiar with a property to spray...and we can discuss what is happening in the neighborhood for bugs. I don't know if I can mention our techs name on the Yelp specifically (Cory), but he is so attentive and detailed. He reports to me in mid process to tell me what he is seeing and what he will do to

This is an amendment to my review from about a month or so ago regarding the damage to the property.
Green Mango followed up after the review and worked hard to resolve the issue and did get the damage to our home repaired.
They were apologetic about the entire situation and acted in a timely manner to make it right.
We did remain a customer in light of this and to be clear, the effectiveness of the service with regard to pest elimination was never the issue.
I feel confident in continuing to refer Green Mango in light of their renewed commitment to customer service. Thanks again for the positive
