Advanced Green Cleaning has been in business since 2010. The main reason for starting this business was to protect my family's health. My husband was diagnosed with M.S. and trying to reduce the toxins in our life I changed our diets, cosmetic products, and switched to all-natural cleaning products.

I hadn't had cleaning service for over a year due to COVID worries. Meanwhile, things had piled up. I needed a deep clean. Three cleaners came out and totally amazed me. They were efficient, thorough and exceeded all my expectations. I walked around on a cloud afterwards. I only wish I had called them sooner. I will be getting regular periodic cleaning from them in the future.

I used them once. They said the first cleaning has to be a deep cleaning and is more than the other follow up cleanings. They planned for two people to work 3 hours for deep cleaning of a one story, roughly 3000 sq Ft house. They worked about 2 hours and their attention to detail was minimal. All they used as their “green” product was vinegar to clean everything. When I asked the girls to sweep the pantry or inside the closets, something I consider basic, they said it had to be on their list before they could do it. For charging nearly $350 it was disappointing work and I won’t be using them

I had used this group for several years, with several crew changes and multiple scheduling changes. I consider them expensive, but appreciated that they bring their own planet friendly supplies and that they are insured and bonded. They regularly did a reasonable cleaning job, but they do not do what I what call a deep cleaning, wall to wall. Occasionally small things broken, usually, not always acknowledged, as an Angies list reviewer noted, left "turned over". And then, last cleaning, a valuable disappeared. I did not notice it right away, as I do not to an inventory every day

I used them twice before and they did great. I was warned by others who have tried to use them that they try to upcharge but I hadn't had that issue, until the third time we used them. They came into my home which has been exactly the same since the other two visits and after an hour they tried to charge me another 125! This was a deep cleaning and we were already paying 275! They also sent pictures of my home to their boss without permission and now have pics of my home on their phone. I find that super intrusive. Unacceptable. We told them to leave.
