The Academy House was built in 1977 and is located at 1420 Locust Street in the heart of center city Philadelphia. It was the first building in Philadelphia to be built as a condominium and not an apartment building. Many of these condominiums have terraces overlooking the Avenue of the Arts and Academy of Music.
When a contractor calls to say "I'm going to be 10 minutes late, " that says volumes about that person, his work ethic and his respect for his clients.
