Worked with Oakes Construction a few times as my house grew. Very good to work with. Ryan completed the work in a timely fashion, was able to meet all my needs (even as they changed), the work quality/cost was in balance.
Contacted several others prior and just didn't get the same willingness to work with my situation.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.
