Called Chris first thing yesterday morning when I walked in and noticed water all over the floor in our utility room at the office. He came right over and gave us an estimate and stopped the water leak until he could come back that afternoon to install our new water heater. Thank you for the fast and efficient service. We will definitely call again if we have other plumbing issues that need addressed.

I would definitely recommend Capparelli Plumbing & Heating. Chris was wonderful. We called him this morning to see if there was any way he could work us in his schedule as we haven’t had any hot water for two days.
He was here within a couple of hours and checkout our hot water tank. He was able to replace an upper heating element that quit working and was able to fixed the problem instead of selling us a new hot water tank. Everything is heating and working wonderful.
Thank you Chris. We will definitely call you if we have a need for any more plumbing issues.

Positive, was responsive. Negative, asked the gentleman several times before he came how much will he charge for a visit. The response was "no charge". He came over, did fix the leak. But before fixing it did not tell us how much he will charge. All he did was tighten the valve. He charged us $97.50 as his minimum charge. So there was a minimum charge that he could have told us. But when I questioned him, he told me there was no charge for an estimate. But thats not what we asked him earlier. We had asked him how much will he charge to visit us. Which is the same as the minimum charge that he handed

I called Capparelli because of their excellent web reviews, and they did not disappoint. First their excellent answering service told me I would receive a call to make an appointment. Being later in the day, I expected to wait until the next business day. I was surprised to receive a call that evening at almost 7:00! Chris Capparelli was apologetic that he could only fit me in two days later. I was ecstatic, as I fully expected a week wait, at a minimum.
