Pholman brothers come and gave me pricing. Then they sent a couple guys they hired around. They changed the toilet location, installed new bathtub hardware and sinks. When they finished we needed to hire another plumber to fix the mistakes including unglued pipe that was left dripping inside a wall, wrong connections in the bathtub and unfinished connections in vanity sinks. Pohlman Bros never came to supervise the job. They were very cordial on the phone until I complained about the unfinished job. They fixed the problem by not charging me a final balance but the cost for fixing the mistakes was

Its a disaster and night mare. Its a new condo with tiny dripping water and no hot water ONLY at MASTER BATH FAUCET.
This company sent a Plumber ( assigned by by American Home shield company ) to DIAGNOSE the problem and I paid the deductible $100 in t he beginning. AHS warrantee is very good company that I used for my home for many years.
After the plumber left, the tenant found NO HOT WATER TO USE in the entire Condo faucets. Tenant then remembered that the plumber shut down the main hot water valve in the Utility closet before his work. So he thinks the plumber forgot to turn back on. So Tenant

If the employees at Pohlman Plumbing were not using illegal substances on the clock the work done would be more professional. Scheduling is unorganized and the time it took to get a service tech to my home for the work once schedule was days late after being promised I would be guaranteed satisfied with them. If I could give less then one star I would. Better luck with another company.

Pohlman plumbing did a fantastic job. I have a very old rowhome in Baltimore city. I recently had a leak from my shower drain pipe that came through my walls. Pohlman plumbing was able to diagnosis the issue and replace all the old piping in my house. The job was difficult due to how old all the pipes were, and the small space they had to work with in my tiny house. Now that all the piping in my house was been replaced I am completely relieved. The job was done correctly, with as minimal demo as possible, and the crew was very professional. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you to Joe and his crew
