This company came to my home to trim my queen palm trees in 2020. The workers climbed the trees from the ground with spikes and now almost all of my palms are sick with trunk rot and fungus. Improper sanitizing of tools is what causes this. They also over trimmed my olive tree and made it really thin and unattractive, leaving it susceptible to disease. I had to call another company to find out how to fix what they did. The damages are almost $900. This company also provides no invoices so while their website says they are licensed by California, they're lacking in professionalism. I have yet to
