I've owned five homes in four cities across two states, and four of the homes were built in 1920s-40s and needed a good deal of love and care. By far, Eliseo is the best contractor and repair person with whom I have worked. Fast to follow up and great about communicating, he gave us an overly fair, affordable bid for repairing or replacing 60% of the stucco on our house and for adding window flashings. On the first day of work, he started uncovering what turned out to be a hidden, undisclosed wood rot nightmare: the majority of the house's frame and portions of the sill plate were rotted

This is a great company to work with. I had water damage on an exterior wall which was rebuilt by another contractor who wasn't able to do the stucco work. Eliseo applied the stucco so that it matches the rest of the wall and looks great. He also applied stucco over the flashing on the roof to prevent water from eventually penetrating the caulk on the flashing, applied stucco to several cracks on the house and repaired some wood rot. He's very friendly, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and explains everything well. And, very importantly, he showed up when he said he would and cleaned up the

What started out as repairing "some flashing and small cracks" per an inspection company recommendation turned into nearly an entire chimney replacement. Obviously, I was not thrilled to have to do the work unexpectedly, but the rot was obvious and extensive and Eliseo kept me informed and up to date with pictures of what I could not see for myself.
The team was very thorough and so professional and nice. He did a great job at a very reasonable price for what they had to do. They also worked me in after and around other projects as well as weekends

Great company to work with. Clear written bid, very responsive and timely, and reasonably priced. Good communication and very easy to talk to. They also go the extra mile. I had some stucco fall off my chimney. They couldn't do the work for several weeks because of previous commitments but were willing to come by and tarp the exposed brick to prevent leaks into my house while we waited. The work itself was excellent, good enough that my painters asked for their card to hire them themselves. Perfect match to my existing texture.

I had some stucco damage after that nasty cold snap and went with Midtown Stucco because of all the good reviews - Eliseo seems to stay busy but it was worth the wait. He is really knowledgeable and nice to work with, and the repairs look even better than I’d hoped! Highly recommend.

We noticed in September that we had warped cracked stucco above our garage on the front of our two story. We received 4-5 bids for repairs, our main concern being whether there was wood rot and water damage to the main structure.
We ended up going with Eliseo at Midtown Stucco and I'm so glad we did. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and his experience. Eliseo was super easy to work with and answered all our questions. In our case, there was no significant water damage beneath the stucco, and he did an outstanding job matching up our old and new stucco.
