Can say enough good things about company. I had a badly soiled area rug (puppy stains) and thought I would take a risk on getting it cleaned instead of replacing it. I wish I could show you the before and after pictures but it's pretty amazing. In addition, the guys who came to pick up and deliver were great and indulged my picky placement under a large and heavy piano.

OMG. I should have taken a before and after picture of my bathroom tile!!! They did an excellent job. They did a small area to make sure I would be satisfied before they started. I will definitely use them again. I also had them clean a high traffics area white carpet with 2 accident prone dogs. What a HUGE difference!!!

Grease be gone. We had beige carpet installed about a year ago. Last week our swivel bar stool lost a bolt and some grease dropped on the carpet. We saw the bolt but didn't notice the grease. We pulled out the bar stool and transformed the grease ball into a 12" by 1" grease stain across the carpet. We really thought the carpet was ruined. Rafael came out and even he gave it the high eyebrow look and said he was unsure about getting it clean. But he worked some magic and it is completely gone! I'm amazed. He did a beautiful job. Five stars for Rafael and five stars for this company.

What a perfectly great experience we had! Everything about it, every step of the way-their immediate responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism; the men also showing up exactly when scheduled, worked incredibly hard and couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. AND my carpets and furniture actually look like new. Over the years we've had many carpet and upholstery cleaners, but this is in a totally different class. Truly excellent indeed!

I looked for local carpet cleaning in Tysons - we were moving and wanted the carpets professionally cleaned. I ended up going with Excellent Carpet Cleaning because they had their prices on their website... so I could at least ballpark what everything was going to cost.
We had mover shenanigans, who scheduled a day, then canceled because of weather, then showed up on the original day. A++ to ECC for moving their schedule 3 times to accommodate the day after the movers came.
Oh, and the carpet looks great as well.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning has earned and deserved the name it represents. My technician was engaging, professional and abided by all the C-19 restrictions. They did a great job on my carpets and I needed a chaise lounge cleaned too. He was relentless to remove several stubborn stains and wasn't satisfied until they were gone. We used this company because we needed to stretch a rug that had been improperly installed and had several large lumps in it. They stretched the rug, removed the excess, and installed the correct type of tacking strips for the cement floor of our condo. I waited a year from the installation time to write this review to see how well their work would hold up. The rug still looks perfectly flat, even near the part that is under a treadmill. Excellent work.

Pet urine issues. They try. They really try. Customer service is good. Workmanship? Good effort, but the guy wasn't a master technician. He doused the room with so much deodorant smell it took weeks for it to come off, and still did not address the pet urine odor. So he came back a second time. They should up their game with their technicians. Teach them the gold standard. They'd be really great then.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning came to my home in DC to clean the carpet on the stairs and den of our townhouse. The carpets were in pretty horrible condition and hadn't been cleaned in about 8 years. I was sure they couldn't be restored and was prepared to have them replaced if the carpet cleaning didn't work. Excellent Carpet Cleaning sent two competent and friendly technicians to my home to clean area rugs, wall-to-wall carpeting, sofas, and upholstered chairs. It was a big job. They worked steadily for 4hours and did a great job. They answered questions, went over pricing (which I had received via a phone estimate), and refined the phone estimate to exactly match the job they were doing. The high traffic carpet areas look much better than before. Everything looks and smells fresh. I didn't notice any strong chemical smell during or after cleaning. I believe I got good value for the money spent

I have never used a carpet cleaning service before; however my living room carpet was clearly in need of professional cleaning after 40 years. It is a very good carpet and has held up very well but the traffic areas were soiled and my home cleaning solutions just could not handle it. Daniel came to do my carpet - he actually was able to come earlier than scheduled which worked out great for me. My old carpet may not look "brand new" but it now has a new life and looks great. I have a Honda Accord with a beige interior and my kids dirtied it up pretty good. When I arrived to Excellent Carpet Cleaning Rashad was outside and greeted me. He told me he would do his best to get the color of the interior of my car back to its original color. I had my two year old with me and I was planning to take the bus back home but he said they offered a free ride if I lived within a 5 mile radius. What luck! Not only did he give me a ride home but he also picked me up when my car was ready!

Great service! We had a little red wine incident Friday eve and decided to have our LR, DR and entry cleaned as we had been planning to do in the fall. Called after hours, but someone picked up and said they would try to fit us in on Saturday. Driver called Sat afternoon while in the area but we were out. Instead, they came Monday morning at 9am and returned all of the carpet to looking like new.

Great company. They have been cleaning my carpet for a long time and always do a fantastic job.The staff is very friendly (on phones and the techs) and they are HONEST about their work. If you are expecting miracles, go to the corner and pray or buy new carpet. But, these guys can give you some like-new result and I am totally satisfied with it.
Also use their house keeping services and they are AWESOME - nothing like coming home to a spotless, fresh smelling place!

Excellent was able to schedule me for the next day. They called as the technician was on his way, which I really appreciate. I didn't expect the carpet in my twins' nursery to come as clean as they were able to make it. I was surprised and pleased! The technician also cleaned a seat cushion that had crayon on it. He was easy to work with and professional.

The carpet cleaning tech did an awesome job and the price was right! The service tech was able to get pet stains out of a large area rug in my living room which was great. I called them day before and they came out on Christmas Eve; my dog has been sick and had a couple accidents - not good timing for that (is it ever though?). I am hosting Christmas and had to have the carpet cleaned before my guests arrived. Excellent Carpet Cleaning will be my go to for carpet cleaning from now on!

I got a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived to make sure I would be available, which I was. Upon arrival they measured all the rooms and stairwells to give me a total, and it was fairly close to the quick estimate given over the phone. The technician explained the benefits and disadvantages of the Berber carpet in my new house and gave me some tips on how to keep it clean and in good shape. When the previous tenants moved out of our house, their cat left many gifts behind. Our whole basement stunk of cat urine. We found Excellent Carpet Cleaning on Yelp and called them in to resolve the stench.
Excellent arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing, gave us a number of clear options at different price points and laid out the pros and cons of each. Given that the urine had soaked through to the pad beneath the carpet, and into the concrete in the neighboring room, we chose one of the cadillac options on our embarrassed landlord's dime.

Between a dog and a toddler, my carpet is usually destroyed. I have used this service twice and am extremely pleased. They are consistently professional, punctual, polite, and the work is high-quality. It is absolutely amazing how well they clean my carpets in such little time.
The prices are a bit higher than some other companies, but the result is worth it & I would pay a bit more if I were you. I just got my carpets cleaned today & actually screamed when I walked in. Beautiful job & I could NOT recommend their services more highly.
