Had them clean my carpet on a new house i had just purchased, the entire house only had one stain in the living room the technician said to me that my carpet was in good shape and I should get the entire house cleaned not just the living room that it would make my carpet look brand new, being a new house I agreed. After they cleaned my carpet more stains appeared in other rooms of the house that had no stains before and the one stain my carpet did have became bigger and darker. I called them they apologized and sent their team to clean my carpet again but the the stains were never removed they

I am so impressed with how our carpets and sofa turned out. the tech was AMAZING as well as the young woman who I spoke with to schedule. Very professional and we are so happy with how everything looks. We were going to replace all of our carpets but decided to try professionally cleaning them first and I was so glad with the result. I used Baytown Carpet Cleaning TX I. The last for Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Dry Cleaning they did a great job. I remember the tech telling me the do Ceramic Tile Cleaning. They did a fantastic job my Ceramic Tile Cleaning. I am not one to write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Well run company very pleasant staff and most importantly on time

My guests spilled many different drinks and food products all over my carpets when I had them over for a baby shower. It was a mess on my not so white any more carpets in the living room.
