SBLC Landscaping, Inc. is owned and operated by Ben Stover, a Boothbay Maine native. Ben began his business 15 years ago with the family push mower and an ad in the Boothbay Register, looking for lawns to mow. Gradually growing the business each year, he realized creating new beautiful outdoor living spaces that customers could enjoy for years to come was a true passion.
We understand Maine's climate and our years of experience give us a deep understanding of what plants, flowers, and trees will grow and thrive in different locations and landscapes. Our hardscapes are designed and installed to exceed our customer's expectations for years after their installation. Our licensed and insured arborists offer proper tree care and preservation through maintenance and insect and disease control.

Horrible customer service. Frequently wanted to mow my lawn when it didn’t need it, but then never showed up when it did.
When I called to ask where they were and if they were coming as scheduled , I was told they were too busy and too far behind to mow my lawn.
Nevertheless, the owner said he would work with me and continue to mow until I found someone else… But they never came back and never called. Two weeks later in the middle of June when I saw his crew mowing at the complex next-door to me, I assumed he would send them over to do my lawn…. But no, they blew me off again. I paid them
