I made an appointment with Armadi Closets today. No one confirmed the appointment and they were a no show. I called their 888 phone number and the person who answer had NO IDEA what I was talking about. They have no appointment book so they couldn't not tell me IF, WHEN or WHERE they had an appointment. Beautiful photos of their work, but they wasted my time. If this is a preview of things to come then good luck.

We expected only to do an Armadi custom closet in our master bedroom. Well, that didn't work out! The quality and service was so exceptional that we substantially increased our budget . After all was said and done, we ended up doing two more custom bedroom closets, a custom entryway closet, custom hall closet, custom pantry, custom library, custom bar/office and and a custom designed credenza to match the bar/office. The owner (Daniel) is fantastic, the staff was super friendly and the showroom is breathtaking compared to any competition in South Florida. These guys do everything, absolutely amazing

I needed a new custom made closet and some sliding doors. I was working with Eduardo that made a detailed project and was coordinating all the work. I came to Armadi because I needed to restore my closets and make a few changes to my kitchen cabinets as well, my friend recommended me to go there since he had done similar things with them that I needed. As soon as I got there ,Daniel, which is the owner of Armadi received me and showed me their very impressive showroom that actually changed the ideas I initially had In mind for the better. He was also nice enough to show me where the production is made in the warehouse part which I thought was pretty cool. They have a very extensive choice of modern colors with the right European styles. I

Armadi Closets made beautiful custom closets, doors, walk-in and even redid the whole laundry room furniture for for us. They have an amazing showroom with as many options in design, finishes and accessories as anyone can want, it is really hard to make up one's mind amongst so many great choices. I had Armadi closets built in 7 closets in my house, which included two large walk-in master closets. They look amazing and the quality is great. I had some design issues with a few of the closets after they were installed. Daniel, the owner, came to my house on a few occasions, made recommendations on how to address my concerns and revised the installation at no cost to me. He said customer service and satisfaction were the important thing to his company and he proved it.

This company did the classic bait and switch with us. We paid for their higher end product and when it was installed the quality was 1 step above cardboard. We sued them under the consumers fraud act and won, although we have not seen a cent of the money awarded us. Stay away from this very deceitful company!

was Home Depot quality. The drawers fell apart. The shelves were not level.
WE SUED THE COMPANY AND WON OUR CASE. BUT THE COMPANY HAS A TANGLED WEB OF DUMMY COMPANIES AND OWNERSHIP. SO WE NEVER SAW A DIME

I called Armadi Closets because of the good reviews I read on Yelp. What a big mistake!!! Worst experience and worst customer service ever. When I called I spoke with a sales person called Karina. I told her that I needed to change all the closet doors of my house and also I needed to have my kitchen redone. I also told her that I had a tight schedule so I didn't have a lot of available time to meet.
