Garrett Tree Service was out to remove trees from my neighbors home. I've been looking for someone to collect fallen limbs at my home so I went out to talk with the Garrett Tree Service team before they headed to their next job. Chris and Garrett Tree Service provided excellent customer service and they were able to pencil me in to their schedule right on the spot and did a great job!

I called and set up a appt for estimate for tree service
and they did not show up for appt or answer the phone after calling 20 minutes after the appt time. Left vm and emailed. I got a text that they could come after 5 pm the next day. No, thankyou lost my business after you couldn't value my time in the first place by not showing up or even calling. Bad business etiquette!

Garrett Tree Service did a great job on our property after a heavy snow caused damage in the front and back years. Their team also took down 2 tall dead trees and cleaned up beautifully afterwards.
They were on time and arrived when they said they would, and cleaned the property when done. We will definitely be getting yearly service from them going forward.
