On time, very professional. Service, tho, seemed rushed and not very thorough. I expected stains and spots to be better cleaned. They were still vaguely visible in many areas. When brought to his attention, response was basically "yeah that's as good as it's gonna get".
Never having had my carpets cleaned before, I didn't know what to expect. Maybe this is normal? Would have liked to see him work on stains a bit more.....
