I contacted Dr. House Painter for a quote and received addition quotes which were lower. Dr. House Painter matched the price. I performed my due diligence and found Dr. House Painter was license and insured. They reported on the agreed date. They performed an excellent job. The project was professional and I am a very pleased consumer. Juan is amid at pleasing his customers. I would recommend this company for all your painting needs. I will keep him in mind on any other painting project.

I interviewed five companies, all with very high ratings. I chose DrHousePainter based on what I was told they could do, that they didn’t spray paint, and their honesty on things I wanted done and what would happen. They showed up early morning and stayed the full day. Never left a mess and were very meticulous. They weren’t the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I feel I got more than my money’s worth. After the completed job, I noticed two minuscule areas, not noticeable at all, but when I told Juan about them he sent someone to do a little touch up and this was after I had paid

I'm putting my condo on the market and had Juan stop by to give me a quote to paint the interior. He's an extremely nice and personable man, was very thorough in his estimate and even walked me through his recommendations on how to tackle the job. The quote was reasonable and timely. The team (Oscar, Juan Carlos and Guillermo) came by shortly thereafter and did a fantastic job. Excellent quality and cleanup. They were so good I asked them to come back and paint the kitchen cabinets as well. I'd recommend Juan and his team for any type of painting job. Thank you guys!

Dr housepainters just painted our building. They did an outstanding job. Our building was a total mess. They turned our building from ghetto garbage to a beautiful, elegant and classy building. What a transformation!!!! They were very detailed, professional, reliable, and very respectful to myself and all the residents in the building. Dr. House Painter did a fantastic job painting our two-storied strip mall on Biscayne Blvd and they took just a day more after a week. Very competitive charge, especially if considered the top-notch quality work they provided. The top floor of our mall had some humidity issues, which made the ceiling painting a difficult job. The crew invested more time to ensure the ceiling painting was done right at no additional cost. Kudos to them!

Okay, these guys are just like very efficient robots! First of all, their estimate was way less than most other painting contractors quoted. Also, their team was able to show up a few minutes before the time the very next day to start the job and complete painting the whole warehouse within less than three days. Surprisingly, no other company asked for less than a week to finish. Absolutely zero drama, hasslefree operation, and complete pro – that’s the gist of my experience with them in short.
