I found the car I wanted at Withnell, they made the price I was looking for happen without fuss, I had to drive 60 miles to do it, but it was worth it. I have never been treated so well as Brent treated me today. I bought a used pickup and needed to trade in my car. I traveled from Oregon City so I did not want to play any games and Brent totally treated me with respect and was able to get everything done in about 2 hours.
I would highly recommend Brent and Withnell Dodge in Salem. It is worth the drive! I'm soo glad I got a car that I love thanks to Freddie. We told him what we were looking for and right away he showed us a few cars, and I found the one! And a few days later he texts me to see if I had any questions about my car - who does that?

We brought our RV, which is on a 3500 promaster chassis, here for service from the coast because no place out this way had a lift that could handle the vehicle. Wilson down in Corvallis can also handle large vehicles, but they were initially an extra two weeks out for an appointment.
It took a couple visits to sort out the issue, because it was a bit of a weird one, but they eventually got us fixed up. Byron was a very helpful and communicative service advisor.

I am looking for a truck. I usually don't take time for these reviews, but I thought I would. I have looked at several dealership so i have a more than one dealership perspective.
The salesperson I dealt with is slow at answering email and responding. I hope it is because of being busy, but if not this obviously is not good.
I recommend testing the sales people for responsiveness.
I don't know about the service so I can only say that in reading Yelp comments it doesn't seem very praiseworthy.

I had a great visit at Withnells!!! Byron took really good care of my needs regarding my door panel being under warranty! I really feel the service department has truly come up in customer service and I am truly happy!!! WORST service didn't make an appointment (cause I didn't plan on my car battery dying) came in first thing in the morning to hopefully maybe get it fixed or At least a better attitude
Anyway called WILSONVILLE and they were able to fit me in on account of the emergency. Worth the drive go there to avoid here

Brought our car in for oil change and warranty work. Sitting in the waiting room is not much better than sitting outside in the cold weather. My husband asked them if they could turn the heat up and no one seems to have a key to get to the thermostat. No wonder the sales associates are bundled up in coats. We will think twice about coming in the dead of winter for these services unless you bundle up like you are going to play in the snow. My husband is sitting here with his hoodie on, that is how cold it is. It is very sad as we had been happy with Withnell until this point.

Had the worse experience with my last purchase from them. I will never buy from withnell ever again. I recommend you shop Portland and Eugene before ever buying from Withnell. I have also submitted 2 customer complaints and never receive a response except from a deranged car salesman. This dealership is ran like a slimy used car lot. NEVER buy from them.

Chris garbs!!! Helped us find a vehicle we liked and let us drive out with it same day. Very friendly. Only 3 stars because everyone there wasn't as friendly as he was and we were not able to do in house financing because of the ITIN. Having to go back and forth with the credit union and being bugged about having the check ready for the dealer was inconvenient.

Have been taking my 2014 Ram 3500 to Withnell for service and pm since purchased from them. Here are my issues with there service.
1. They have performed every oil and fuel filter change but 2. Every time I would question when do we change filters and fluids in the transmission? The fellow who took care of the department at that time reassured me not until 90000 miles? I trusted him to have knowledge of what was being told. Big mistake as purchased this vehicle to tow with. When discovered this was BS approached service manager who had the shop perform a transmission flush at no charge

I really didn't want to blast this on here but i was so upset on how they run business i bought a new 2017 and traded a 2014 and they said they gave me my plates from my old car and never did I waited 3 months thinking I was getting new plates in the mail head over there asking why ant my new plates here yet hey we gave you your plates the night you toke your new car home I said no you never so to make the sorry short I buy a $31,000 suv and then they want me to pay a other $200 for new plates they lots and never gave me hope if who ever buy a car there makes sure you have everything in hand

Unfortunately I had to have my dead car towed to dodge to find out why everything went out, power steering acceleration etc. especially after keeping up with it like clock work and having the express guys work on it.
Having know the Withnell family I expected so much better. This time I had to have the actual repair guys work on it and after what they claimed to be a week of diagnostic, which turned out to be a week of waiting and an hour of diagnostic, they swore there was nothing wrong. So they claimed it was a dead battery....battery?!? Really?!? That wouldn't have lost everything like
