It was the coldest morning of the year and my house was 46. Luckily the problem started in the pm the day before. I called Castle and the female answering the phone said what can we do to put a smile on your face? You know what I said fix my furnace. Castle was out there at 9 the next day. They are so easy to work with. They take the time to explain all options. And the choice was mine to make with no pressure from them Only help with my decision. Everyone in office and technicians were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Techs wore shoe covers and laid a rug down to protect the floor. Tech cleaned up the mess they made during the install. I was very very impressed with the work they done, their demeanor, and the careful attention they paid to my belongings not to soil or ruin them. I would give them 10 stars if it was available. I highly recommend this company!!
