Was very surprised when I got my rug back. Charlie seems like the local professional, but our area rug came back smelling like mildew and sprinkled with little leaves. It's also sticky to the touch. I'm not sure this was dried correctly. The runner rug came back fine, though, not sure what happened.

I contacted Pearwood Carpet Cleaning because of their stellar reviews. I had one bedroom in need of TLC, i.e. some professional cleaning.
