We needed a large dead Oak tree removed. We called other tree services in the area and they were almost double what Big Ben's charged us. Scheduling did take a little longer then expected. They took are huge dead oak tree down without issue. We live in a community and tree was surrounded by houses. They had the equipment and expertise to lift multiple 1000 lb chunks of wood over our house without issue. The wife and I were very impressed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

Ben did a fantastic job with the removal of a very large oak using the big crane to lift individual sections of it over the fence and home, and then thinned out the remaining oaks on my property. This was a huge tree and everything went as planned, Thanks Ben!!

The estimate that was given was not equal to the cost we owed once the service was finished. Some trees were removed that shouldn't of been and in addition, the young employee drove the lift through our neighbors yard on accident and broke their sprinkler system. The company was aware of the issue and immediately reprimanded the employee when it happened, but no one has called a service to repair the damage this company caused. The client's son advised the office that he could/would fix it and send Big Ben's a bill for the service. We have been in contact with the office over 5 times and each time

Big Ben's Tree Service did a great job trimming tree branches that hung over my yard and garage from my neighbor's trees. I was pleased that my yard was not damaged by the heavy equipment and that all of the debris was carefully cleaned up. Now I won't need to worry about branches falling on the roof of my garage or onto my fence. I would most definitely use Big Ben's Tree Service in the future.

I needed to have all the trees on my property trimmed and fertilized. Ben and his team were very helpful in explaining the process, arriving on time and putting in a long day until the job was done. They did a wonderful job with the trimming and cleaned up so well the yard looked better than when they started. Couldn't be happier. They were careful to ask about and work carefully around the septic tank and drainfield. I'm the third generation of my family to count on Ben for excellent work and I am thankful I did.

This is the most professional tree service I have ever used - and I have had several! Ben's team is professional in behavior, safety conscious, hard working. They know their business and have the right equipment. Most of his people have been with the company for 20+ years. Ben has been in the business for more than 40 years and he is a certified Arborist, which means he knows how to treat trees and where to cut. I am totally impressed and satisfied with Big Ben's Tree Service. Prompt, efficient, competent, courteous, and more. Did a super job taking down two large old oak trees which had become unstable due to rot and insects. Ben laid them down perfectly right where they needed to go. I had a huge oak tree in my front yard trimmed and cleaned up this week. I was worried about having it done before the storm. This tree umbrella's my whole house and was in threatening condition. The crew shows up on time and are very courteous, working steadily all day long, leaving me with a beautiful, clean, and safe tree. There was absolutely no cleanup left for me to do. Outstanding service!! Ben and his crew performed tree trimming and removal of two trees with surgical precision! Ben is an expert arborist and delivers honest advice on the health of your trees. He manages his crew and your property with the upmost safety in mind. The crew left my yard cleaner than my yard service! Ben also removed three trees for our community and seven trees of mine in the past at a very reasonable price. He was able to remove a tree 90 feet away with his crane parked on the road. While working at another house, Big Ben's truck driver ran over my sprinkler riser guard, bent it to a 45 degree angle. He completely denied going back that far when backing up. Photo attached, judge for yourself. Replacing the PVC pipe took 5 minutes with scrap pvc. Not owning up to the fault, priceless.

Big Ben came out to look at the work being done, described to me what will be done, gave me a fair price, arrived on time, brought in his own equipment, reviewed with his crew what needed to be done, his great crew finished everything that was to be done, did the work exactly as Ben described and cleaned up before leaving.
