The designers, Robby Griffin and Lisa Forrest Design were responsive to questions and modification requests during the design phase. Once work began, Joe Lopez and his team competed all work within stated time-frame. Joe's crew was courteous and arrived as scheduled each day. The team worked at a steady pace and were able to accommodate our request to have a toilet available during the renovation.

In the freeze of February 6, 2021, a pipe in our attic burst flooding our entire home. Everything had to be moved to a storage facility, plumbing repaired, walls had to be torn out, and all our floors ripped up. Everything was a mess. It was very traumatic.
Craig Baker Marble Co, was recommended to us by a friend so we called, made an appointment, and hired them to repair our home. It was the best decision we could have made!

Premier Kitchen and Bath did a great job on an earlier kitchen and hall bath update and were later my only choice for a major remodel of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. This work eventually grew to a remodel of most of the house. Bruce Baker gave us great ideas on changes including bringing in his kitchen designer who made major improvements to our original design. Major project highlights included new Texas limestone kitchen accents, new Texas limestone fireplaces, fantastic tile work throughout the house, all new cabinetry, wood floors, granite countertops, etc. it is a new house inside. I had a great experience. My kitchen is fantastic and everyone was very professional throughout. I loved the 3- D computer rendering I was able to see and any changes were really quick and easy to see. I plan to have them do my master bath this summer. It was also really neat that they do their own countertops sales and fabrication. Couldn't have been easier.

Went in and talked about a remodel. A few days later, someone came to measure. It has now been almost a month. No one has bothered to call or email me an estimate. I attempted to call the office, and the girl who answered didn't know what the heck was going on....asked me if I was trying to call Premier. I said "uh....yes!!!!!". Someone was supposed to call me or text me right away. Nothing. Ridiculous waste of my time.

Very disappointed in the impoliteness of this company's designer. After establishing an agreed upon appointment date & time for our planned kitchen & bath remodel analysis and estimate, this person failed to show. 30 minutes late I retrieved my mobile phone (from its charger in another room) and noticed the employee had called twice and left confirming voicemail messages, but did not indicate they were coming for our appointment. Saying we are home and have been waiting, apologizing for not hearing any calls, I questioned why this employee did not also try our home phone, or come anyway
