The process with this company was seamless! They refinished my existing hardwoods, added new hardwoods and you can’t tell which is which! They answered every question I had, started the job and finished it within their projected time frame. I trusted them completely and knew I would come home to beautiful new floors! Their pricing was fair and competitive with other quotes I received and worth every penny! I ended up not loving something I chose and they fixed it with no question or hesitation! Had a great experience using this company. The owner of the company will actually bring out flooring samples to your home. This is great for people who physically can leave their home. Communication was great with the office and very easy to set everything up. I’m having them are do my mothers bathroom tile floors next week.

We chose to use Wakefield based on their reviews. It was a bad choice so I want to help guide those still deciding. After the job was complete there team was extremely reluctant to fix any of the items broken in the house during renovations. The attitude of the employees was not centered on customer service. Most of the broken or incomplete jobs were fixed after multiple emails and creating a punch sheet. We paid them in full for their work only to find out from neighbors that the team working on our floors took naps on our roof and peed in our front yard on multiple occasions. Our neighbor didn’t
