I was able to schedule an appointment as soon as I wanted and we worked with Harry on changing our front door handle/lock hardware, adding some deadbolts to exterior doors and rekeying the house. He was easy to communicate with, available to answer my questions (via text) about a few different sets of hardware and a keypad lock which was helpful. I felt the pricing was fair. All the work was done as expected, he was tidy, and there were no unexpected costs or up-charges over the estimate. This company was a great find on yelp.

Locksmith was prompt and performed task of unlocking door due to a malfunctioning keypad lock but I've called and asked for an itemized receipt 3 times and still nothing. Really disappointing as I need this to be reimbursed by Schlage for the malfunctioning lock. I suspect it's because the locksmith overcharged me and doesn't want to provide itemized charges? Either way it's been over a week since I asked and still no itemized receipt.

Timing. Was told 20 to 30 minutes and then 30 minutes later got a call and was told again 25 to 30 minutes by the technician. 25 minutes rolled around and still no technician. Timing is everything, remember that when you are trying to make money for the company that signs your paychecks.
