After living with a botched garage floor job for several years, I recently contacted Vision Garage Flooring, a company that was recommended to from other satisfied customers, to redo the floor. Curtis came out to evaluate the floor, to help me choose colors, and to give me an estimate.
The owner, Michael, came within a week to do the job himself. He was able to sand smooth the original coating, and install five coats of material. Within 3 days the job was complete and absolutely beautiful. We even changed the color from grey to tan. Of course, we had to wait an additional 5 days before pulling

I contacted Vision Garage Flooring after a friend recommended them. I was looking for assistance with an epoxy install for a new build prior to moving in. Curtis was friendly and was able to ensure the job was complete in an efficient manner. They beat the competitors prices and were flexible on the start date. They were able to access the garage without me being home and completed the job flawlessly. The floors look super sexy now. Highly recommend.

We first sought out Vision Garage Flooring through a family referral. We worked with Curtis in getting my garage floors done before we moved into a brand new build. To make sure we had an accurate quote for the epoxy floor, Curtis went out to assess the garage even before we closed escrow. He had connections to the builder and was able to make the appropriate quote. He was also quick to respond whenever I had a question.
When the time came to get the job done, they were able to complete the epoxy floor by the target time as promised. The floor looked amazing! We probably get as many compliments

Had double & single garage flooring done. Within 1 year, floor starting peeling. They said I had water on coming up from my slap. They charged $300 to repair, then used wrong flake mix so it didn't match. They didn't want to correct their mistake. Had water leak inspection come test slab, they said their was no moisture coming from underneath slab.
Had another garage flooring company look at. They stated Vision did not prep/grind the concrete properly to insure proper adhesion. New companies flooring been in over a year and not a single issue and they did a better job cleaning

The service of this company is terrible. Half a year ago we let the company to paint my garage, and now there are paint peeling on three places on the ground. Before I was told that there is a five-year warranty period, but now the company said only to repair once.
The reason is ridiculous, because they didn't tell me to keep the ground dry before the second time. There was a strong wind two days ago, and the ground was covered with dust and small particles. Beware of this company!!! They are great when you get the flooring done from them. But when problems arises like bubbles in the epoxy, they will not be nice and come out to help you. They will claimed that they will warranty the flooring for 5 yrs. When you do have bubbles in the epoxy after the 3 yrs. They will come out and do a crappy job and tell you that is all that they will do. Even if you offered to pay for them to correct the 2 small bubbles that they missed. They will say to pay 2100.00 and they will come out and redo it again. They only focus on getting the money first time around. They

I was very impressed with the company at first. Curtis came out and gave me a quote and the price was reasonable. The workers showed up on the first day, did the work and left without saying they were finished or without any instructions. Day two they showed up again and completed their work. Here's where it got bad. On day three no workers showed up. I received a phone call at 2:43PM stating that they wouldn't be able to complete the job as planned. Worst experience ever using vision garage flooring. Let's start off with them not having any experience on how to install over head garage racks. I waited two weeks just to get my racks in two 4x8 I called Curtis telling him the racks are covering the fire sprinklers in the garage would that be a safety issue? He said "I don't think so." Called their office phone non of the girls had no idea what I was talking about. Shouldn't the installer have experience for this? Turned out you need at least 18" from the head so the "Umbrella Like" pattern can occur.

I'm so disappointed with this company. I've waited for over a week to get my garage racks installed. It was scheduled for today. I never received a confirmation for an arrival time. I texted my contact at 7:45am and was still waiting at 11 am for a response. I called, he answered right away. He said he couldn't commit to a time and that his crew had just arrived at an install in Newport Coast. I said maybe after lunch 12:30 or 1. He agreed with that. I was out when they arrived at 12. Bought a used home in HB and decicided to do the garage floor before moving in. The floor epoxy process is a multi layer, multi day process, so each day a crew would come by and do their layer. Some days we wouldn't even see them. On the morning of the last day, I pulled up at my new home at 8:00 AM , with a load of stuff. There was another new guy, opening my garage door. He introduced himself, "HI, I'm Mike, the owner of the company. I came by yesterday afternoon and I'm not really happy with the way the third layer came out. We'd like to redo that layer today

I was initially reluctant to pay any $$$ for a garage floor. But mine was a bonafide eyesore, something really had to be done. And I'm so glad that I did.
Felt like we were in good hands from the beginning. Curtis was very prompt to touch base. My initial inquiry was returned same day. & was able to provide samples/quote/contract offer that same week.
An added pearl: professional/friendly office personnel. They were available to discuss payment options & organizing/confirming start dates.
I have to say that the final results were in a word, PHENOMENAL. I anticipated good
