I was in contact with Ashlie who made the whole process of partnering with the right company to meet our needs. She was very patient and flexible. After almost 2 years of dealing with termites we were finally able to find the right company who were very professional and communicating. Rolando and his team would contact me when they were on route to the properties to meet up with me on site. I would highly recommend them in the future, but hopefully I don't have to use them again since i prefer not dealing with termites ever again.

I woke up yesterday and my kitchen stove top and counter, as well as my desk in the front room, were inundated with sweet ants. I got in touch with Andy, Service Manager and he was here within an hour. He was extremely thorough in checking the outside as well as the inside. Woke up today and they’re gone.

I called All Florida Pest control for nearly 2 weeks. I received one voicemail from Ashley while I was t work and could not take her call. After several follow up calls to the office as well as Ashley's cell phone Ashley never called me back. I guess I am to assume that if you miss a call from Ashley that's it you don't get considered for service. I get the point All Florida Pest Control, I now understand that you don't need my business. I'll move on to a company that values their potential customers.

I live in Summerport where All Florida Pest Control manages the exterior spaces. I want to send a shout out to Zak thanking him for his hard work improving the appearance of the landscaping and for his courteousness in answering my questions and keeping me informed of what is being sprayed around the community. Any time I've noticed something out of whack or had a question he's been very knowledgeable and acted accordingly. The community was neglected for years and there's still a lot to restore, but I feel like we're finally on the right track. Thank you and especially Zak for your care.

Andrew, was on time, courteous and professional. He surveyed the perimeter of my home and located the suspected nests. He took the time to explain the entomology of the "ghost ant" I was dealing with. He applied the treatment and encouraged me to reach out at any time should the problem persist. All Florida Pest Control technicians are professional and courteous. They always text me the day before to set up a convenient time to arrive and they always arrive when they say they will. They are receptive to any specific issues identified in the days or weeks before the service, whatever the issue. They are helpful with my outdoor rat bait stations as I lost the key years ago. They also are very conscious of my dogs, spraying the perimeter of each room carefully so as not to possibly overspray dog beds or other items the dogs come in contact with. I highly recommend All Florida Pest Control

They were quick to send a contract to sign. It took them a while to schedule an appointment and then they never showed up at the agreed time. They never called to let us know that they will not be able to show up. I didn't hear back from them until after I sent an email and they couldn't even call me back. All I got was a text. I replied to let them know that I wasn't interested in doing business with them any longer. It's getting difficult to find reliable service nowadays.

Scott at All Florida Pest Control was such a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond to support his clients. We were in the middle of selling our house (that he had previously treated) and our buyers were a bit freaked out by evidence of OLD termite damage. He spoke to them about past treatments and really put them at ease. We will be transferring our existing service plan to them at closing so they can experience the same great customer service we have had with All Florida Pest Control. This company was a godsend. My ficus hedges were practically destroyed by whitefly. I thought I was going to have to yank them out and plant new ones. But All Florida Pest Control saved them. Recommended a treatment plan that did the trick. They are beautiful again. All Florida Pest Control keeps my house (practically on the Everglades) insect-free and my lawn healthy and green. I highly highly recommend them.
