There is a serious shortage of good contractors here in Naples to the point that some won't even return calls. We were lucky with Naples Kitchen & Bath but be warned they usually don't do small jobs under $50,000.
We had our kitchen countertops and island replaced and the workmanship is outstanding. It took awhile to get scheduled because they are in high demand but it was worth it. You get a project manager to oversee your remodel but there were some problems.
The tile was not installed even though we were told he would be here on 2 days. As of this review we are still waiting

Really no stars warranted, but have to add one to post. Met with Diana, picked cabinetry and counters, gave her my plans, she said she'd have pricing in five days. Emailed her twice, no response, LVM once, no response, talked to her on phone, said pricing be ready soon. Now weeks passed and nothing. I don't beg. Moving on.
