I locked myself out of my apartment, so I gave them my address and took them only 15 minutes to get there; they opened the door and changed the lock in less than 10 minutes. We needed six doors done for our business, and this Locksmith did a fantastic job. They even helped with a door that was sticking when you opened it. They also cleaned up after drilling into the wood to make the deadbolts work properly. Very good, I would recommend them!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Contact was made very quickly when I raised the request. Darell explained likely costs, discussed timings, and how I would be called ten minutes before the locksmith arrived. The phone tip-off came in and the locksmith arrived soon after. I usually don't write reviews but had to on this one. This is a complete scam, with bunch crooks. When I called to get a qoute they said $15 to come then will start @$19 for the job. It was small repair to front door the lock didn't turn all the way. The guy came looked at it & didn't tell how much it would cost. It took him less than 30 minutes to put WD40 & minor adjustment to the lock & charged me $175. He said since it was weekend call it is considered emergency. Even though on the company website states 24 hrs emergency meaning regardless of day & time. It was

Please consider yourself warned!!! They took advantage and charged over $700 for a job even they admit after asking that it should have been $135 at the most. They took away 3 smart locks and replaced with 3 $10 specials from Walmart. They left trash everywhere and have refused to take any accountability of the situation. This is a complete scam and this company needs to be taken down.

There is a problem with this company, first the dispatcher give you a $15 service charge and tech come out tell you it going to be $29.99 after he finish the work. I ask if they could fix my keys which worked , I was told no I need to have new keys made, and the price was between a $120 - $300 plus a $15 service charged. Tech come out fix my keys no new keys and charge me $216.99, for fix my key by removing a screw and putting a new battery (that I did not need), and charging me $120 plus $50 for a battery I did not ask for.

My car keys were stolen and I was desperate for help. I called 2 other places - one said they wouldn't be able to make a key for my car make and model, the other said they did not have anyone available to help me until the next day. Then I called SOS. The technician came in about 20 minutes. However, it took him around 2 hours to finally get my new key made and working properly. But he seemed very nice and I was happy with the service. Then, a few days later I realized the amount charged to my credit card was not the amount on my receipt- I was overcharged. Also, I started having problems

Worst company you can find. They have untrained technicians and unorganized customer service. They came out tried to pick our lock said he couldn't get it so he air wedged it open and then left when we tried to lock the door our key no longer fit from the poor picking and they refuse to even give partial refunds. When you ask to speak speak to a manager they tell you they will call in 5 minuets and you will never see a call back. When you do speak to a manager they give you the same run around and will hang up on you when they are tired of dealing with you. Not worth the money and the headache

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Gentleman who came out to service was disrespectful, and took over an hour after giving a 35min ETA.
He charged $178 to unlock home door, would have not been a problem if guy was not rude.
What was worse, was his comment to my husband telling him that he should "teach me how to behave"
Made a formal complaint, and would NEVER EVER use this locksmith again.

He was fast & courteous - arrived in 10 minutes, however they couldn't give me a cost estimate over the phone "without looking at the lock in-person." He arrived & said it would be $300 to open an exterior door & my lock would be useless (to essentially remove the lock from the door). So, I said I didn't want to pay that much. He charged me $43 for 2 minutes of his time to look at my lock & tell me cost (aka cancellation fee) which is apparently a discount from the $63. My advice is to get a cost estimate over the phone - ask them for a cost range & compare

This was such great service! James cake out within 30 min of me contacting SOS and rekeyed my car in less than 30 min for such a reasonable price. The owner also followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of to my liking. I will for sure be recommending them and using their services again.
