He looked at the problem; wrote an estimate completed the work no mess and I thought he was great. I found a new plumber FINALLY! Just a poorly ran and operated customer. Extremely unprofessional. Tell you one price over the phone for a “diagnostic fee” and then since you choose not to go forward with them, they double their diagnostic fee. The technician that came to the house was an extremely nice man, but just wasn’t really experienced and shouldn’t have been on the house call by himself. He spent half the time on FaceTime with his boss to try to figure out the problem, when I already was trying to tell them the problem. When he gave me the quote I asked why it was so high, technician responded with they are licensed

John came to my house, looked at the issue and stated he will give me a estimate in a couple of days, I called back to get a estimate 5 days later - still no estimate. I call again on the 8th day and he stated that he could not do the job and hung up the phone on me. what was that all about! Be honest you mad cause I did not OK the 20k job and now you don't want to do the smaller job. This could have been handled professionally - simply say I can not do the job - why have me wait 8 days for an estimate and then when I call about the estimate you hang up on me. This review is honest - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Jason, the technician, installed 2 speedy valves 1 for cold, 1 for hot. In the bathroom for the sink. I’ve never met anyone so professional in my life. Awesome mannerism and took care of laying out work blankets as to not track dirt into the house. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking for plumbing needs. Awesome worker you guys have there at Rubber Duck.

I wanted to just share what an amazing experience I had from the moment I called Rubber Duck and spoke to Tanya to the really, knowledgeable and sweet plumber Kenny who came to our house. My appointment was made for the next day within minutes and everything was handled in the most professional manner by Tanya. Not to mention that she was such a delight to speak to and considering she is the first point of contact for the company, being treated with such courteous, kindness and respect was the reason I decided to make the appt. Just like the first time; the service was outstanding.
At 8:42 AM on Friday, September 24, 2021, I spoke to Joe at Rubber Duck Plumbing.
I introduced myself and said that I was a repeat customer.
I explained that I had a leaking bathroom faucet.
Joe was very helpful. He said that a plumber would arrive today, between 11:00 and 3:00.
Andrew, the plumber, arrived promptly within the time specified.
Andrew remembered me from the last appointment.
I liked that.
Andrew was personable, professional and informative.
Andrew patiently listened

Thought I had a leaky pipe because my kitchen sink was draining right into my basement. Rubber Ruck correctly diagnosed the issue as a faulty faucet. The plumber left for another job while I ran to Home Depot to buy a new one. He returned a little while later and installed it, all on a holiday. Price was fair and the service was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I needed to get new plumbing lines ran that didn’t exist. I had them Install a 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink, and ice bin. All the drains, piping and plumbing, as well as make a hole thru the wood floor and concrete to access the basement. This company came in and gave me a quote that was much higher than others. And prior to him giving me the quote it took him a little time and he researched and gave me a complete explanation on why everything needed to be done within 24 hours.
