Poor customer service. I'm sure they do excellent work, but unfortunately I didn't feel very welcomed in their facility. When I read the online reviews I was excited to see what they could offer for my upcoming remodeling needs. They do have beautiful products, but I could tell something wasn't quite right as soon as "I" walked in. So sad because I would have probably hired them even though I was told they were booked until October. Oh well, que sera sera.
