The service man came as promised. When finished, he told me everything was working correctly. A couple hours after he left, I noticed that it seemed a little warm. I checked the thermostat and the temperature was at 90 degrees. In order to do maintenance on the furnace, he had turned the thermostat to heat and raised the temperature setting. Unfortunately when leaving, he did not reset the thermostat. With that kind of sloppy work, I am not sure if he performed the service correctly or did sloppy work there also. I will probably use a different company for furnace service next year.

This company totally lives up to the name! QUALITY! Excellent service, communication skills, etc. they were prompt and dependable. We really enjoyed Emet the technician that did the initial visit and inspection to determine what would be needed to fulfill our need.
Everyone we encountered was very professional and friendly. They came in and completed our HVAC system in record time! We would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Everyone was friendly and responded right away. They came out the same day that our AC broke and brought us a temporary cooling system while they were able to get the unit necessary for our house. Reasonable price.

My wife and I own an AirBnB unit in Washington. While we try to travel to Washington regularly to check up on our unit and make sure that guests are treated well, Washington is too far away for us to respond to urgent issues.
On Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend, a guest contacted us (they had 11 family members staying at our unit for a few days) to let us know the A/C unit was not functioning. Knowing there was nothing we could do to fix it remotely, we looked up three different HVAC contractors in the St. George area that advertised 24 hour emergency service. The first number went to voicemail

Vacation rental property. A/c unit was very old and had been nursed along for several years. Stopped working on a very hot August day and guests had to find another place to stay. Brandon and his crew responded quickly. The system had failed to the point that it couldn’t simply be repaired. But, Quality Air did a quick fix so our guests could stay at the property through the weekend. They replaced the system at the beginning of the following week - in one day, and it has worked like a champ ever since. Because of their quick fix and quick install, we didn’t lose any more guests. Five stars
