We got a referral on Butch when we were doing a condo remodel. We originally hired him to install a ventilation fan over a cooktop, but as the job progressed, there were various other projects that he helped us with, including baseboard and window trim/molding, and a custom-built deck accessory. Butch is very experienced, does quality work, and is reliable. He shows up on time and communicates well. He is cooperative and respectful when interacting with customers and with other contractors. During a roofing job the hydraulics on the crane let go and the boom came through our roof and into the house. Butch was contacted and came out to check it out. While there he skinned the hole in the roof so we wouldn't have exposure from the outside. After dealing with the insurance company we had contractors out to write up estimates. When this was done, AGAIN Butch stayed and sealed up the house. Above and beyond.
