The first time I used CCR was 4 years ago for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I had a lot of people coming over and my carpets desperately needed a good cleaning. They hadn't been cleaned in years. I was AMAZED at how great the carpets came out. I even had people ask if I got new carpet!!! I would totally recommend Gary and his crew at CCR. They have great customer service and are always willing to squeeze me in at a moments notice. They are my go to guys to get the job done!!

We have called Complete Carpet Restoration a few times now to get our carpet cleaned. Each time they do such a great job and always charge a very reasonable price. This most recent time, Gary offered us a great deal and helped fix and clean up our carpet after having dealt with a slab leak! It was a lot of back and forth between having to cancel/reschedule due to this sudden leak and Gary was on top of it through it all and completely there for us. I would highly recommend this company to everyone - great customer service and top notch cleaning!

I have 2 recliners that get a lot of use from the whole family. Needless to say they were filthy. I called CCR and got a quote over the phone which I felt was reasonable. Danny and Dana showed up ready and on time. They took a look at them and said they would do their best and they did. Now they didn't return to like new but they were better than I expected and it cost exactly what I was quoted! I highly recommend this company. Honest and fair.

Danny cleaned our carpets last Saturday and we are very pleased. He can on time and was very professional. Our carpets and chairs look really nice now. I'm only sad that our massage oil stain drops in the treatment room carpet floor were not removed. I was really hopeful for that, but he did his best. He did give us tips to prevent more stains on the carpet.

We bought our house brand new 10 years ago and never had the carpet professionally cleaned. We were getting ready to list and the realtor suggested getting the carpets cleaned. I was under the assumption that the carpet was a lost cause, 10 years of foot traffic, a dog, and two toddlers. Man was I wrong! Phil was the guy who cleaned our carpets and he was on time and very professional. On top of that our carpets look almost brand new no stains left anywhere! They also cleaned the tile and grout making the bathroom floors look new! And it was very affordable!

Exceptional Company, Needed a deep cleaning and Phil was available the next afternoon after I called. Great Job he took his time and it looks great!!! Good deal on 3 rooms plus living room, I will be using this company from now on! Too bad I don't have any before photos! We live in a high dust area and our dog has been has been having accidents/on purpose pet stains for us here while we are away. Anyway Great Job and Great customer service!

All I can say is WOW! I have a toddler & two German Shepherds so our carpet has taken a beating. I had pretty low expectations and figured they could at least get 50% of the stains and dirt up but they blew my mind! The carpet looks brand new! They were professional, extremely speedy & it's safe to say I am extremely happy with the outcome. I will definitely be contacting them in the future.

Jaime was on time and very professional, and did a super thorough job. He was very detailed while cleaning the carpet and especially the sofa. And unlike past experiences I have had, both the carpet and sofa was pretty much dried shortly after he was done.
They were also nice enough to honor the coupon price I found on the website right before they showed up, even though I had agreed to a higher price when I made the booking several days prior. So if

Gary and Phillip are wonderful! The customer service is something you don't find often anymore; friendly, reliable and caring. Gary even called to confirm my appointment and answer any questions. Phillip came out today and did a GREAT job in my home! He cleaned the carpets, kitchen travertine tile and my couch. Their prices are affordable but most importantly they do great work. My wife was coming home from a 2-week trip to Africa, so I wanted to surprise her and get the carpets cleaned. Checked Yelp and saw that CCR (the carpet cleaners, not the band Creedence Clearwater Revival) was a solid 5-stars across the board. Long story short, Gary gave me a quote over the phone for 3 good size bedrooms, a hallway, and a stair case. Long story short, it turned out great.

Gary and his guys are outstanding. I was going to do a carpet cleaning groupon, then I decided heck no, let me get a real guy in my house to do the job...this is how I found Gary's company, right here on yelp reviews.
For a VERY reasonable price CCR did my 2 bedrooms (one approx. 210sq ft and the other about 110sq ft) plus about 15 stairs and a landing...VERY CLEAN compared to what they were beforehand.
I have 4 kitties who run up and down the stairs and in and outside all day long, plus my roommate and I on a 10 year old light beige carpet (it was light beige lol). Gary was very attentive
