Editing my review because our most recent interaction with KC was very poor. We had them out a few weeks ago to look at our heater that was not working. The tech was super nice and told my husband we could just get the part cheaper and sooner if we did it ourselves. He made it out to be an easy fix which it was. A few days later we got the part and our heat was working! Fast forward another week and it stops working again. I called KC and was informed that since we had replaced the part ourselves that they would no longer be able to provide service to us. The tech never said anything about that

Absolutely top notch and the nicest people ever. I can’t even convey how grateful we are that they helped us out.
Our air suddenly went out and it was nearly 90 inside our house! It was awful.
They were able to squeeze us in, even though they were booked solid.
So very thankful. What an awesome company!!!

We have used KC Heating and Air services for over 10 years. They are amazing! They are reliable and professional. We were having issues with our heating unit on Christmas Eve and they were out that day to fix it. I have used other companies in the past and would never use anyone but KC Heating and Air.

Waited two weeks for them to come out so they could tell us what we needed. After they came out, they said they would call. We waited a few days with no call before we decided to reach back out to them. When we did, our calls and voicemails were ignored. We called on a different phone number and finally got ahold of somebody just for them to basically say they weren't going to help us. Real unprofessional. Don't think they ever planned on returning our calls. Waste of time. Save yourself the time and hassle.

KC Heating and Air has been our go to service provider for 10 years. Kent and his crew are always professional, responsive and honest. We have had issues on the hottest day of the year and the coldest day of the year, and these guys have always done everything possible to make sure that our HVAC was working. The Owner has even gone as far as coming out himself when needed to make sure we were taken care of. They come highly recommended.

Whenever someone has a major disruption, like a heat/air unit go bad, the last thing you want is a strong arm sales person trying sell you more than you need while making it seem like everything is your fault. Well, Kent and his crew (Scott, Doug) made this so easy. They sold me only what I needed , they worked diligently to get everything in place.
This was not an easy install and modifications had to be made, but everything looks great, works great and they made sure I understood what was happening and why. At no time was I out of the loop on knowing what was going on.
My main concern was value
