I found my experience working with ECC was very smooth. The employee was very courteous and reliable as he showed up when he promised and was able to explain the cleaning process. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and the recliner that was dirty and I would recommend his services to anyone. I found there was a lot of people out there offering the same services but not as reliable or as economical as ECC. I'll be calling them again in the next six to nine months to help clean up the summer mess that my family will create in the house.

If your looking to get your carpets cleaned, look no further than ECC. I had a friend recommend ECC and I couldn't be happier with the service and the rate. Michael is the gentleman that came out. He was right on time, really nice, and very professional. We had michael clean the carpets in our 4 bedroom house and we can't believe the difference. We had such a good experience, we already booked ECC for my parents house next week. Thanks again ECC for the solid work.

ECC carpet cleaning is the only company I use and have been using ECC for over 18 years. Mike is very trustworthy, and does an excellent job. I have never been able to be home while he is in my home making my carpets beautiful, and I know that job will be done perfect. I would recommend ECC for major carpet stains, pet stains, and all around dirty carpet. Not only is ECC reliable but also prompt.
