Sewer line back ups are common due to spring & summer rain water entering the sewer pipes via cracks. New tree root growth from the spring can also cause sewer back up issues as roots are drawn toward the sewer lines as a source of nutrition. Their employee, Chad Parks, not only did an efficient and timely job of removing my old toilet and installing the new, but also found a leak in my second toilet and took the still working tank from the older toilet and used it as a replacement at no extra charge. He went above and beyond any other plumber I've utilized in the past. Highest possible recommendation.

I had an issue with my hot water heater which is covered under a protection program from Duke Energy Progress. I was nervous, as this isn't my usual plumbing service. I have to say Eastern Carolina Plumbing couldn't have done a better job. They called me to schedule service quickly, showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. My hot water heater was replaced within an hour, and they answered all my questions. Also, the job was completed without a penny coming out of my pocket. If you're within their service area, I highly recommend them.
