We came home after dinner to a house with no heat. The steam boiler was spewing water all over the basement. One call and 10 minutes later Andy show-up to help. He diagnosed and fixed our problem within 15 minutes. He check every radiator in the house to make sure nothing else was leaking. We will use him every time. Thank you! Highly recommended.

So, I just noticed Dello Russo's business card on my fridge and remembered that I never left this long overdue review! Last winter my heating system started making a few strange noises. It worked fine, but I thought it might be a good time to look into a new one. I called Dello Russo and Andy answered the phone immediately. (Who does that nowadays?!?) So, right off the bat, I was impressed! I got three different estimates and Andy's was by far the best! Not only that, but they couldn't even compare to his responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge. My heating system ended up making it through

The work completed was quality and they did not miss a beat and they were out within 1 full day. (My previous quote told me this was a 3/4 day job). I had an emergency with my hot water heater and Andy and Matt were both very responsive and calmed my nerves! They came out quickly (on a holiday) and addressed the issues. They worked with me on getting a new heater and very cost efficient. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job! I would highly recommend Dello Russo Plumbing & Heating.

I can’t recommend Dello Russo Plumbing enough. Extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. I had 128 Plumbing look at two clogged toilets for me. They told me I had to rip up both bathrooms and replace the main line. Quoted me $11,500. Dello Russo came out and offered to do the job for half the cost, but (and this is what sets him apart) he advises me to get another company in (Drain Doctor) to look at the pipe with their camera. I agreed. Matt set it up for me and even showed up on his own time when Drain Doctor came. Drain Doctor solved the issue in 30 minutes for $295. I was just

He tracked down a replacement for our uncommon liquid propane water heater in no time and was in and out. Very happy with the finished job. Hot showers for everyone tomorrow.
