Called Ken after finding Carpet Care online. He was at our house just a few days later and gave us a very fair price. He immediately got to work on our area rugs and one carpeted room. Professional carpet stain removal there is no one better. If i could give 6 stars i would. We have a brand new light-colored carpet that I accidentally stained with grease from the grill on my shoes. I tried getting it out myself but only made it worse. Ken was recommended by the carpet store. He came on time and worked magic. Stain is out, carpet looks like new. I highly recommend Carpet Care and will definitely use them again. We were looking for a commercial carpet cleaning service. Kenny, our technician showed up for the estimate on-time. Owner operated, Ken did an amazing job on all of the stains that four kids and a dog leave behind. The playroom sofas and club chairs along with area rugs came out "like new". I have carpet in my large basement that had many old stains in it. Kenny spent extra time removing the stains and the carpet looks like new. I also asked if he could do a traffic pattern area in my bedroom which he did free of charge! He was prompt, professional ( kept his mask on the whole time) and does an excellent job. I have used him several times and also had him do my in laws carpet and the carpet always comes out great. I highly recommend!
