We were impressed by the speed & responsiveness of Hieu and his team. They refinished two stories of hardwood floors for us and were very thoughtful and easy to talk to when deciding which kind of services to purchase. They showed up right on time and got started instantly, it is clear that efficiency is one of their selling points. It was actually surprising as we were still in the house getting some furniture out of the way, and all of a sudden there was plastic taped over doors and the sander was going, we barely had time to make it out the door. That would be my one complaint that I wish someone

Hieu was prompt, thorough and professional. He was very responsive, and his floor refinishing was expertly executed. His manner was accomodating and friendly. He came when promised, gave ample notice of any changes to the schedule, and was sensitive to the disruption floor refinishing caused in our life. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
One note - make sure to discuss the removal of materials/trash after the job is completed.

Hieu and his team did a great job sanding and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout our house! Hieu was super responsive both before and during the process, and was very detail-oriented, which I really appreciated. He helped take out some old closet shelving as well. I would definitely recommend Hieu to those looking to update their wood floors!

Hieu is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and communicative. He cares about his clients and his workers. We had a very narrow window of opportunity to refinish floors before moving in, and he was able to manage it. I think the crew was a bit rushed because there was evidence of some polyurethane spills on walls but my painter said this is pretty typical. Incredibly good value. Would recommend.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS. Run away as fast as you can. I suspect the positive reviews are not legit.
Hieu has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Our project was supposed to start Wednesday. He let us know Tuesday he needed to push back to Thursday to finish another project, which we were understanding about. We arrived Thursday at 8:30 AM and he didn’t show up due to his employee not being available. We called him multiple times and he did not answer. He started work Thursday afternoon and said the floors would be ready to walk on by Sunday which is literally impossible. When
